Hey guys I am new and have just started looking for a house to flip. I have found one in a gated 55+ community. Anyone have experience here? Is it too hard to market since the pool of buyers will be smaller? Would this not be a good one for a first flip?

Prices in these communities are very low, and are very illiquid due to the very limited pool of buyers. I would not suggest purchasing one to flip.
