As you've likely already discovered, turnkey can be a mixed bag - an amazing investment or a great way to get swindled - depending on who you work with.

It's $175 for a 2 day crash course led by this amazing lady Kathleen who literally prepares you to pass the test.

I am born and raised in NYC and while it's an amazing  place to grow up, it's not exactly ideal for small investors like myself.

(Bought the house and made a 20k flip profit)Public records are amazing: if you locate the area where the seller lives, make sure you look them up in their counties property appraiser, and clerk of court/register of deeds.

The last three days have been spent clicking around the site trying to wrap my head around all of the amazing features and today I decided for sure that I want to thoroughly involve myself with Bigger Pockets so I took the dive head-first. 

I've already had a chance to meet some cool folks who are talking about their experiences and I can share mine: amazing!
