Having done due diligence on second non-performing notes I have all the tools and necessary data bases to do the underwriting.One must be very much aware of changing market conditions in your area.

So think of it as a tool.

Each RE tool has it's own pro's and cons, and you have to weigh them.

The contract is an important tool to use, but there are a few other things you need to know about wholesaling. 

Those sites can be difficult to rank for top keywords in your area (for several SEO reasons).I would recommend Wordpress becasue it's free and you will have a much better CMS to add and manage your content.

We are still looking for our first deal, but BP has been an awesome tool for learning where to start.

Redfin is the primary tool I use as a wholesaler---if they have it in your area be sure to use their "Price Home" feature.
