I have to admit, I'm a bit shy with respect to Social Media and so I've been doing quite a bit of studying/reading/podcast listening over the past couple months and have been hesitant to reach out on BP until now.  

With respect to how long I've been in the game.  3 years or so.

Now you're all degreed and have respectable careers.

There is only a "best" answer with respect to your specific investment goals. 

I am getting ready to do the same thing going from VA to Florida so I respect what you're doing.

Believe me I know your name very well as I've been following and reading your commentary and opinions for years on several of the platforms you post on and have a great deal of respect for your experience, knowledge and obvious success.
