I'm finally getting around to learning about REITs. 

When I finally got a hold of them, they told me they were too busy with other jobs.

Situation:New investor decides they want to finally take action in their real estate journey.

Lso be sure to budget for a long wait time to get workers on site as the trades are very very busy - for example i bought my home 6 months ago and will finally get to move in in April.

@Collin Corrinton that’s kinda what I wanted to hear is some examples of how seller financing allows you to be more creative to finalize the deal.

I get really uncomfortable over 1/2 mile away, but I'll push out to 12 months without hesitation - but this is where local knowledge comes in.  1/2 mile in one area might be fine, where in another it can be night and day.The final section is what's on the market now.
