BP TEAM!

I'm new here and haven't had a chance to properly introduce myself (soon to follow) but I'm hooked and dedicated....

Here's my current situation. I placed a bid on a townhouse property on roofstock to be held as a rental property in Atlanta, GA. I was just told via email final offers will be reviewed tonight at 1900 hours EST.

I offered $110k. What are you thoughts....Too high? Too low? I can adjust as needed until 4pm PST. I have the cash to go all in but I prefer to finance so I don't tie up my cash that way. Also, I'm a Veteran (US Marine Corps) so I'm not sure if there are additional VA benefits for buying in Georgia.

Thank you in advance!

You are the only one who can answer your question . But when I bid at auction for trucks and equipment , I bid 1 time , thats it . No emotion at all
