And I hope to reciprocate my learnings with the next new guy/gal to join the community.I, along a with business associate, are in the process of establishing a real estate entity here in the Washington DC metro area (which includes DC, Maryland, & Virginia).

I’m a buy and hold and looking into flips but I will not do it alone that why I join BP.

I joined awhile back with every intention of becoming a real player in my market but as with many life gets in the way.

My name is Zack Parker and after listening to about forty episodes of the podcast this week I decided there is no better time than now to join the community! 

I remember joining BiggerPockets not long after passing up on a $25,000 educational program.

First let me say that I am excited about joining bigger pockets community and getting into real estate investing. 

@Jason ForbesI also just joined BP (within the week) and am already making great contacts in the south Florida area.

I am real cheap when it comes to consulting and that is why I joined this forum lol =) Any advice is greatly appreciated.
