My business partner and I happen to have a business where we need to RRP certified employees.

It will take a lot of time in the short term to set up processes for an employee to follow, so is it better to bring it in house or shop around for another PM.

We've interviewed a few property management companies which have several hundred units under their management and 5 + employees. 

And maybe, I don't know, I could get the liens knocked down by an unspecified amount, which was told to me by an anonymous city employee IF a judge approves.  

For example; 3M is in the process of relocating their offices and 800+ employees to north Austin closer to Pflugerville and Manor by April 2019, which are both major areas for those commuting into Austin already, so by 2019, that area in particular will most likely be appreciating more than the average of the surrounding area.

They tenant and employee don't do a BG check on the employer.

But, I "tip" my subs or employees if they save me money. keeps them happy, occasional bursts of 100-500 of unexpected cash will always have an impact, who knows what it can do down the road.

The other trippy part is he seems to be an employee or somehow associated with the lender.
