My realtor set up a stager. No major furniture just suggestions of furniture placement and some wall decor. Should I tip her?

I agree, if they're paid, no tip, etc. But, I "tip" my subs or employees if they save me money. keeps them happy, occasional bursts of 100-500 of unexpected cash will always have an impact, who knows what it can do down the road. How much are we talking abput Helen Curci $5? 10? 20? 50? 100? 1000? If it's a happy thought, and open un-opened networking doors, then I'd say go for it. I've seen wonders when I give someone $10 tip at a restaurant bar, of course, I often give the 10 first before they give me the menu and say "thanks for taking care of me today, this is not your tip, this is just an appreciation that you'll work for me for a feq mins today", always puts a smile on somebody's face.
