I found contractors for REO's, aid in investing out of state, help with my college admission to UF, and even a partnership to apply my internet marketing skills to market an e-book.

I got an e-mail from him from my website.

Most recently, I bought the e-book from Steph at FlipThisWholesaler.net and have been putting bids in to bank owned properties to wholesale them out to cash investors.

He was asking for my book, and I told him I had run out and would eventually be putting it on line as an E-book.

My wife and I have an offer on an R/E deal in the SF Bay area of California.Out-of-town investing group picked up an REO property for a little over $200.
