Good Luck @James Sestito, I'd recommend www.nightbeforetheexam.com if you need to cram, it was a huge help for me for the general section of the test. 

If that is the case then you may want to consider hiring an attorney early so that you can prepare a defense against any forthcoming liens -- or to possibly take preventive steps to send the contractor notice that you aren't going to pay based on bad performance.

If they have their own policy and some form of liability comes up, their policy is 1st line of defense and yours is secondary.

Keep in mind the insurance policy will not only potentially pay any liability claims, but it also pays your legal defense.

Note that the statute contains no significant defenses for well-meaning sellers who thought they were giving the buyer a good deal, even if the whole arrangement was the buyer’s idea in the first place.
