@Jay Hinrichs I hear you...the problem with the NAR suggestion that a seller simply find a RMLO to facilitate the transaction is that the licensing authorities could then move against the seller for brokering without a license, and also move against the RMLO and their company for accepting TPO (third party originations) from a non-licensed person.

Yesterday I received a rejection letter from the new management company stating that the by-laws state that the association is only responsible for common elements, and not the units.It doesn't explain that if a common element's failure damages a condo unit then ____ is responsible.I have sent emails calling the both parties abusive.

As long as the person lending the funds is not a party to the sale, the terms of the loan are documented along with the collateral, and there is evidence of your receipt of those funds.Again, make sure you are working with an experienced loan officer that can help you navigate the guidelines, to avoid any missteps.
