What is the best website or app to use to collect rents ,etc.

Im aware of them, but the app does not have an edit function.

Thank you I called verbo but they told me I had to contact the host which I have the host contacted me and said they emailed her but the app is only letting her refund me the $1,195 the host said “they are pocketing they’re share and purposefully being incompetent” so I believe my last resort is a chargeback 

I'm assuming that you have the Zillow app and that you zoomed in on the map search and filtered by "sold" to see all of the sales of homes nearby?

SpareRoom and Roomi are other apps people use.

I'm going Roku....Guest mode, Pluto tv, rokus version of TV...and then all the popular apps.

@Mitchell BehmI cannot speak to Deal Machine, but I did you Propstream for a while and it had a driving app.

They have one thing in common - they don’t over pay on anything.I just checked Glassdoor, the app that tells you how much people get paid for the job they are doing.

On my way home from work I will use apps like deal machine and prop stream to mark down houses I think may be a motivated seller.. analyze the home when get home, because every house has their public records available and see if the seller of free and clear or may be motivated .. that’s when you become creative … I know the inventory is low and am looking this route to  acquire my first as well…it exciting for me
