Was offered 110k up to 150k to property manage at 21 years old
Hi guys I was offered a job today to property manage all around Florida for a minimum of 120k up to 150k. The job entails to go to Jacksonville Tampa Miami etc, lots of driving. It's a high paying job, I don't have any experience, but they told me they would teach me on the job. My question is I was planning on working for someone In an office to be mentored even if it's for much less money I might learn much more about real estate. On the other hand with 120k salary I can maybe buy a house next year and househack at 22 years old. I'm undecided what to do.

That's a ridiculous salary for someone with no experience, if they know that and are willing to train you I would take it! Take notes, pay attention to everything and you absolutely can learn a lot through the process. House hacking at 22 is an amazing start in RE, good luck!!
