Is there an approved crowdfunding platform that has a focus on small cap (1-4 family residential) acquisitions in an OZ?  

In short not sure we are ready to change platforms right now as summer is the busy moving season and we find ourselves running around a lot.

I had someone tell me it won’t cash flow… I don’t have any algorithms for deals that include having to furnish & maintain furnishings so figured I’d ask on this platform! 

It was neat to see there were no real estate agents serving my area on the bigger pockets platform.  

Is there another platform that I can use to advertise my rental property?

Hey everyone I’m in a bit of a pickle, I have a guest that I took off the Airbnb platform and now they renege to pay rent.

Ill find numbers there and compare them to other platforms and the difference is immense I just dont which platform or numbers to rely on to plug in so i can get my most accurate reading.
