Short Term Vacation Airbnb 1.5 miles from Disney

Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $215,000
Cash invested: $60,000

Property is located in a resort community 1.5 miles from Disney. Within 6 months the property has appreciated by $100K. This property required new flooring and new AC. We have been fully booked and have received 24 5-star reviews in 6 months.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Love the hospitality industry and reaping gains from both cash flow and equity.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Internet, property was "back on market" for 15 minutes. Worked with local Keller Williams agent. We were under contract within a few hours.

How did you finance this deal?

Commercial property and loan

There is a bit of learning curve to get the proper licenses in Florida for a commercial property.
