For a small investor, a park or court requires close management, sometimes unpleasant interactions and definitely the ability to improvise; more so than other residential types.

There are a lot of great people here so do interact in the forums and meet them.

We older types cling to them - largely because we value the personal interaction, but millennials are consistently eschewing the old ways for the new and are the largest demographic.

I have a few quality contacts in the area and the proper forms/contracts to use for property evaluations, seller negotiations, etc.I am a non-smoker and prefer to interact with the same.
