San Diego is economically diverse with a wide range of quality jobs from tech to biomed.  

Opinions will vary widely.  

They were really positive about the house.The only red flag for me is the husband is one of those type of guys who tries to hold eye contact too long, exaggerated wide-leg standing posture, Type-A type.He seemed nice, but definitely gave off vibes like he was attempting to gain control and be in charge.

Prices will vary widely between CPA's, most of it depends on how complex they are.

So just go into it with your eyes wide open and don't be fooled into thinking it's easy just because your professional property manager makes it look easy.  

@Sean Fornerit's not easy to get loans under $50K to $75K because the lenders don't make money below that due to the costs.People have to search far and wide but usually find some luck with small, local lenders and credit unions.

It has helped me learn a wide variety of things I never wouldve known about had I gotten my real estate license and become an agent.

The methods used are wide and varied...and many times wrong.

The inspection showed two horizontal cracks about 1/8 inch wide and bowing in about 1 inch.
