Prospect tenant who tries to be in charge/dominate?

Hello BP,

I finally got the 2nd half of our duplex up for rent and we have a prospective tenant husband/wife.

On paper, everything is great. Great credit score, income, professionals, etc. They were really positive about the house.

The only red flag for me is the husband is one of those type of guys who tries to hold eye contact too long, exaggerated wide-leg standing posture, Type-A type.

He seemed nice, but definitely gave off vibes like he was attempting to gain control and be in charge. He's definitely one of those "I'm the guy" type of guys.

I have to live next to them, so keep this in mind.

Would this be a pass for you? Do these types tend to be trouble after moving in?

Thank you,

Samuel
