:shake:How do you calculate the line between poor-efficiency and waste?

Another funny note about the experience...there are persons in there seeking building permits that represent companies building sky scrapers, wheeling in loads of plans on one side of the spectrum, then there's me who is looking to build a 24x24 detached garage on the other side of the spectrum. 

Wasting money on a vacation will do nothing to help.

@Mike Flora,I am trying to load most stuff on the Ipad, but have the ones such as MileIQ on my phone and anything else that is nice to have in my pocket at all times. 

At this point we are up to 53 units that I am self managing with a full time job so getting this organized is quite critical.We have loaded 39 units into the software but have not yet added a recent 14 unit apartment complex.  

I have no idea why she is trying to push a $525 dollar bill (which seems like a complete waste of time) and refuses to split it.

It also means a large load of recyclables to the depot.

To think that wholesalers should just tee up deals for you is flawed thinking.your living and working in one of the best places to do it yourself.forget all the wholesalers they just waste your time.. start following the foreclosures..

I would recommend any real estate investor to have their real estate license even if there's no intent to practice as an agent for the mere fact the education will never go to waste from the course.
