Who are you using for virtual assistants for wholesaling?

Closings could be virtual, keys could be mailed, you might never even have to step foot in a closing again. 

I'm going to be house hacking a 3flat, and am wondering if using the PNC Virtual Wallet to manage the finances is a good idea.

As @Robin Searle noted, virtually all the stats are good and getting better.

If you’re more interested in staging for pics for your property listings, flyers, website, other marketing items, etc... then you could consider “virtual staging”.

Networking is more of an art than an exact science.

Good people with good employment records, good credit, decent vehicles, good disposition, enough money, on time to appointments, ETC  virtually always have good pets (or service animals), and the reverse is true.

I want to know if there’s anyone who’s virtually wholesaling deals!
