Staging homes. Who does it and what do you use?

Anyone ever staged a home for a better first impression? I thought of getting a staging set and using it over and over. There are a few staging folks that really talk up thier services. On the low end it is $1,200. a house small house. 

I’m not really sure what all to buy for staging either. I sell most of my houses owner finance so they sell fast already , but if I could sell them a little faster for more money because of staging in all ears.
