How can I find a Real estate investor mentor?

I'm looking to up my game in real estate but I feel that books, podcast, seminars, and courses can only get me so far. I've read so many books saying that say a successful mentor that is willing to show you the right way is best, but ××× HOW & WHERE can I find Real estate investor mentor willing to help me out (Paid works aswell) as long as I'm side by side learning the way that he or she does deals and can take me throught the whole process.
