I've seen quite a few car washes on the market and they've always been operated/maintained by the owner.

I realize markets come into play but I would just like a general idea.

I am based in London, UK, so understand this blog does not have plenty of resources for the UK market.

Or is better to stay off market?

So, my question here is, what has been the best way to enter the market?

If you're at market rate rents maybe the investment isn't worth it.Maybe it makes sense to do nothing?
