I am looking for a job managing properties, maybe as a lease agent for an apartment complex  (second question, do you think that would be helpful for managing my own properties eventually?)

I'm also an agent in Texas so I don't have MLS access in the area.

I see that you are a RE agent here in NC, if you don't mind me asking, how did you get started?

I recently found out that I am still eligible to use the VA loan to be able to purchase a property therefore I was wondering if anyone knows anyone that has experience in being able to use it as I heard a lot of real estate agents do not like to use it.

I'd love recommendations on a real estate agent that is knowledgeable and trustworthy to help me find a property in that area.  

As an agent  I want the license mainly to lower fees for flipping, transaction education/experience, networking, and mls access, etc.

Generally all Bank Foreclosures will be listed by a Real Estate Agent. 

I'm an agent and need to manage my current clients, new leads, etc. and I'd like to have drip email marketing.  

Agent said there may be a 65% occupancy, but she did say ex-employee was pocketing money.
