LF Vinyl Plank & LVT colors that won't be discontinued soon
4 January 2018 | 2 replies
Menards checked with the vendor on their current set of colors (came in Fall 2017) and the vendor said the new stuff would last about a year before it's discontinued. ~15 months total sales life per color - that seems crazy to me.I had intended from the beginning to find a vinyl plank product and color I could stick with for years and use in rehab after rehab to minimize waste and simplify materials management.

Tenant had garage door replaced
19 January 2018 | 6 replies
Your lease's language should cover this, so just reference that section of the lease. Then, I would ask for receipts from all the people involved in replacing the door so that you can verify that it was done appropriately and was warranted work.It is totally reasonable that you would expect it to be the same type of door, and that it would be painted, so make sure that if the Tenant is taking care of the painting, that they get the right color formula. Also, make sure that you get a copy of the claim from the insurance for your records.
