It is essentially a hotel/commercial policy.

Alternatively we could rent out a meeting place at a hotel or the like but I think most of us would rather spend money on food and a place to meet instead of just on a place to meet.)Let me know what you guys think.

She has been a good tenant (4 years) and has two cats (so hotels may be difficult). 

However, my full time W2 employer's home office is in downtown Cinci and I'm needing to start going there more often...and it's grossly expensive for them to put me up in a hotel for a week. 

Well there are numerous SRO (single room occupancy) hotels nearby, and the occupants use the BART plaza as a 24x7 en plein air living room for shooting up, bathroom runs, impromptu junk yard sales, etc. 

I'm sitting here at the Opryland Hotel with my agents, having a glass of wine and going over our notes from the conference.

There are a few condo-hotels on the strip that allow daily rentals that you can have managed or manage yourself. 

update: I ended up buying a queen sofa bed from a local hotel liquidation store.The brand is Kellex Seating with Zen sleeper.
