We recently bought a house for cash and want to rent it out on Air BnB. We are having a difficult time finding insurance for the property though. Does anyone know of a good insurance company that will insure a short term rental property?

Thanks!

James

@James Wilson the 2 companies best suited for your situation are CBIZ or Proper Insurance.  Their product is built for Short Term Rental use, weather vacation or Airbnb.

You can call direct with both companies and an agent will get you a quote.
