Maybe BP should do a March Madness style tournament for each forum category.

Materials depend on the style you are trying to achieve for the whole house.

I'm incredibly knowledgeable on  styles of homes to the history of the home, I am fluent in English,Portuguese,Spanish, and I dabble a bit in Italian.

We all need this reminder in today's economy, work-life style.

The persistent miner achieved gold and the miner who gave up wasted hours and hours of time because he gave up.  

A little about the house, it is a 4 bd, 3 bath, 3000 sq ft, built in early 70s and is built in traditional style.

My husband used to be in the industry, and I had already started the real estate training, so we were able to take our experiences, and the recognizing of other companies short comings, and create the exact opposite style of business.We have 24-48 hour lease turn around times, we communicate with our owners/investors frequently, and we're growing everyday.We know a lot of people in the industry as well, so we have teamed up with a couple of brokers, and we have a team of contractors as well.

This experience has instilled in me a deep sense of dedication and customer focus.However, my path has led me to discover a true passion for real estate and helping others achieve their financial goals and attain the American dream.

Sure I reluctantly sacrificed a few that appreciated nicely to pay down debt BUT that quiet 'free & clear' contentment complete with retiring very early in life & is something few will ever achieve or appreciate. 

I suggest figuring out your strategy to achieve the goal and not base it necessarily on the unit count.
