I have a full time employee at my nutrition store so thats not going to be an issue. oh yah btw my goals are to be finacially free so i can spend time with my amazing wife and raise a Godly family who serves the Lord. i want to be able to have the freedom to travel and hopefully one day start my own church....heres the deal...my soon to be brother in law thinks much like i do and is already starting to get his feet wet in this business. he is 24 as well. he made me an offer that if i came on board with him he would teach me the business and introduce me to his investors, ect. he said i could go find properties that i wanted to purchase and use the investors money and that we could rent the houses out and i would make 1/3 of the rent we profited each month plus 1/3 of the profit once we sell the home. i basically have no risk and need to cash of my own. sounds like a good to me and i can gain some awesome experience for bigger ventures down the road. i wanted to get any advice or input from you guys on to what you guys would do if you were in my shoes. i am very teachable and would love for someone to mentor me on here. thanks ahead of time-jeremy

I missed the road to the pound and I was turning around in the parking lot and went passed the front door of the old folks building and then I thought this will get my him, I stopped and told him "OK get out this is were the family wants you now" (Just joking of course).

The only place where I could find a high paying job with little education.Well July 22 of 2006 I had a one way ticket to Edmonton Alberta, I soon found a job at a Road Construction company and bought myself a gas saver car (Geo Metro)..

And you could find yourself 8 or 10 years down the road so far behind the 8 ball it's ridiculous.

One man also said that his family had lived there since the 1970's, and that since then the association has gotten rid of many things like a golf course, tennis court, restaurant, swimming pool, etc. and that the association isn't even taking care of the roads like they should.

Can easily self manage remotely if you so desire down the road. 

They had some sort of fit because my house is on a private dirt road that isnt county maintained.

Everyone wants to be rich but very few are willing to put in the time and effort to be rich, especially once they hit the first bump in the road.

One tip that could help you immensely down the road is that if you plan to at least spend two years in the house you may be able to get around paying capital gains tax.
