Hey y’all! I've been checking out Bigger Pockets and listening to the Podcasts for a while now so I figured I’d go ahead and introduce myself. I’m a Mechanical Engineer that’s actively looking to start investing in real estate. I currently work in an industrial environment managing the construction of large capital projects. While not directly correlated to Real Estate it has spurred on my interest in construction (unlike the majority of people I know!).

I’m currently in the process of moving to the Raleigh/Durham area. Once I've moved my short term goal is to purchase my first house to flip, live in the house and do the majority of the renovations myself. If I make money great, but what I’m really after is gaining insight and knowledge into the process.

Either way I just wanted to introduce myself and say thanks to everybody that’s indirectly helped me out through the posts and Podcasts. Hopefully you’ll be seeing more of me!
