$15k margin is too small for this size (i.e. $15k on a mobile home is great but for $90k+ risk it's not enough).The 90 days is based on the COE and not listing date.

HQ in DFW, and most decent-sized companies will have a real estate/facilities group - though it seems like they're not looking for entry-level folks more often than not.You could also look into property management firms, I'd expect a lot of opportunities there.Good luck!
