I'm not sure how the Pittsburg market is, and what type of market trend it's currently on, but I know Columbus and it's in a massive growth trend that isn't going to stop anytime soon.There are multiple billion dollar companies dumping money into the city, such as Intel, Google, Honda, and Amazon.

I have 2 cars that we are trying to exclude the payment from for dti ratios.One was owned at $852 monthly payment (this was refinanced to remove borrower from the loan)this one is giving me a problem because they are asking for payoff but honda is saying they take up to 10 days to be able to send it.Any guidance on a way to get this closed sooner would be great, seller is on a tight timeline.Second one is a lease that we have had approval to terminate (for $2600 fee) and then that one would be excluded.

We could contribute with the structures in exchange of an interest in the company, but we don't have the contacts/connections in the industry so I'm looking for advice on where to start looking.Any feedback/thoughts will be much appreciated!

Owner just needs 45 days to move out, is motivated to become a tenant if buyer prefers to not renovate until next year. 2nd floor tenants are on a month to month lease for $550.

@Gregory SchwartzThose are primarily it.If you are older you could do a reverse mortgage on the property.There are also equity share companies - they will take a percentage equity in home and give you cash.

You even indemnify GPs against false claims and sign to cover legal cost.
