I would recommend doing an organic search utilizing facebook or craigslist to find a couple and then vet them and get bids from there.

Not sure how much longer they will be virtual as most members are itching to get back to rubbing elbows with each other, but you can take advantage of their current online approach to meetings a little longer.Our MF market is very competitive, as other agents have told you.

The downside is your really have to be organized with all your paperwork and have accurate bids prior to closing on the deal.

@Dave Kapsack if you hire an organized PMC you shouldn't need your own accounting system.All our client's need is to give the 1099 and Annual Statement we send them, to their tax preparer.Of course we also send out monthly statements:)
