One thing's for sure, I laughed when I read that the lender is going to write off the balance in the hopes of repeat business.

After I finish reading the Ultimate Guide to REI from BP I plan on finding mentors to help me further my education even if it means relocating to a different place.

The Book on Flipping Houses is a good place to start if you haven't read it. 

I read rich dad poor dad and watched a YouTube video by Jay Morrison on buying a multi family home to get wealthy.  

I would recommend reading through the Upstate Business Journal to get a feel for the type of money going into creating jobs in Spartanburg.

In the mean time, I'll be reading, learning and interacting here on Bigger Pockets.I am glad I joined.

I've been reading a lot of great information and gaining inspiration to do more deals in Fix & flip and multifamily rental units.
