Grants for housing Intellectually disabled adults in Pa?
I do not own my own home and never have. I read rich dad poor dad and watched a YouTube video by Jay Morrison on buying a multi family home to get wealthy. Now I'm destined to invest in real estate to provide housing for intellectually disabled adults. My first home will be a multi family. Are there grants landlords can get for providing this type of housing?
