Most new landlords push the credit score thing.

I understand some of their frustration but resorting to calling me too overweight to look at problems have pushed me to the breaking point I have not allowed them to see.

I have no idea how WA washes this out, this is generally the flow. :)

They were things that we did not touch-the washing machine hookup should be GFI protected, and a small repair to the sill on the bulkhead.

In the same apartment, I decided to push carpet replacement one more time to control my budget and cleaned them instead using a commercial cleaner.

One guy only showers 1x/week, and he looks across the street at the guy who washes his 3 cars 2x/week each and knows he's subsidizing that guy.  

I have been hearing that lenders are loosening, and as foreclosure/short sale credit issues start coming off reports in the next couple of years, then buyers may start flooding the markets, pushing us buy/holders out. 

I laid conduit and intend to push the line through - it's overkill but it will give me some peace of mind that this will last.

My rudimentary understanding of economics agrees with this.Instability in the Euro will push people towards safer assets like US bonds.
