Good luck, I've heard there are some bills moving through the state legislature to actually increase taxes on business in California since presumably they all have more money from the Federal level cuts.Nothing like living in a totalitarian tax confiscatory state, great way to promote business, innovation and growth.

If rent was say 600 and of course I am spit balling here... and we use the 1.5% rule which is usually the top of the TK promoters cash flow to back into sale price... property rehabbed sells for 30 2% rule to 45k 1.5% am I close on this train of thought?
