I know this because I was going to invest in a unit in Emerald Island but business shifted elsewhere.And yes, the community promotes short-term rentals.

Would love to learn about what your role ishow large your company iswhat your investment objective is (cap rate, promotes, price range, location)demographics you look formarkets you like and whyEveryone is different, but understanding the why paints a picture.

Evaluate what's common in comp properties and figure out what others may not be including . . . then add some of the little things and promote it when advertising and you'll certainly stand out.

Nothing wrong with promoting yourself especially if you have experience and a skill set that others in real estate will value.
