FINDING DEALS ONLINE WITHOUT MLS

Looking to jump into the real estate market. Looking for my first deal. Looking for a REO to Flip. Do have some cash but want to leave traditional financing an option. I am not a Realtor and don't have full time access to the MLS. Is there another websites were I can find deals? Also open to any suggestions on how to find my first deal.
