I find this to be the best source for down to earth knowledge that is so hard to find sometimes.My plans for next 1-3 years is to get my first REI property and get my feet wet in the real estate.My future plan 5-15 years is to build a portfolio to retire on. :)I really enjoy BP and super excited to learn from all of you folks on here.

I too have several thousand dollars of programs sitting on a shelf.

There's a hearing in a few days to determine if the entire family will be removed from the program.

There are programs that do this for you but I think you'll learn more if you do it yourself on excel.

Sources for comps include: MLS, public records, a title company.

Bottom line is if you're able to get your own financing you will do much better than this loan program.

From what I have heard from so called " reliable sources", it is supposed to be a good place to Inc. for asset protection.

Our $99 bundle of internet, phone and tv quickly gets jacked up to $129 due to taxes and use fees, call waiting, caller id and a minor upgrade of the tv channels (if I hadn't upgraded my entire tv lineup would have consisted of local programming, public access and spanish channels).

I have the goal of buying and flipping properties in Colorado Springs and eventually I would like to invest in rental property for a steady source of income.

Any adverting campaign is based on volume, repetition, in other words advertising is a program, not a one shot.
