Anyone have input for Incorporating in Nevada? Also is anyone familiar with Acorn from Boss Business Systems?

Do a quick search of our forums and you will see many threads talking about Nevada corporations.

I will simply say that it is a waste of your funds unless you are doing business there. You will have to register as a foreign entity in any state you do business in.
