Currently reading, Rich Dad, Poor Dad after so many recommendations on the podcast. 

In my market for the majority of the last couple years it has been a strong sellers market and most homes are going into multiple offers and buyers are waiving inspections, I have seen a lot of poorly done flips that sell for over asking and no inspections, it’s a shame that the buyers are going to be stuck with issues because someone cut corners to make a quick buck! 

If I had to pick one, I would choose the property type that is more in demand in your market for the next 5 years.

I'm looking for information on who owns what in a given area, and I am having trouble as the site seems poorly constructed and difficult to use.

Unfortunately, his failure to keep timelines and poor communication concerns me.

The forums tend to be fairly practical, so you can pick up some real world info pretty quickly.

The first pillar is avoiding unnecessary and risky activities (don't drink and drive, insurance generally wont cover your poor decisions) and take good care of your investments - these simple steps will help you prevent lawsuits before they even occur. 

They are not good at quality control and hence the inspection process itself, and the resulting paperwork, is done really poorly. 

I read Rich Dad Poor Dad 6 years ago and have been committed to not falling victim to the Rat Race ever since.
