Fresh out of college and I'm looking to get my skin in the game in residential real estate investing.

Hello all, I am 22 year old college student ambitious to become a real estate investor.

Just for the build.... add on for architect, engineer, school fees, permit costs, etc.

Do I need a permit to do so?

Anyhow....towards the end - some of my "loyal" people sort of arrived at their goals - be it college paid for, kids married, whatever.  

In fact, they are extremely rare here since the cost of construction, permits, time, etc makes it tough on most homeowners. 

But, IMHO the same thing happens to these workers that happens to students that are admitted to colleges that they didn’t really qualify for.
