Young Investor Looking For Knowledge in San Diego, CA

Posted

Fresh out of college and I'm looking to get my skin in the game in residential real estate investing. I have pretty much zero dollars to my name but I have a street PHD (poor, hungry and driven). I'm posting this asking for anyone who has been in this position to share their knowledge about creative ways to get into my first investment, steps/actions I can take to move this goal forward, or other resources I can use. If you are local to San Diego and are willing to give some of your time to meet, please connect with me!
