But I started my journey with a realtor who's name I found here on BP, a PM I found on Roofstock (one of their "preferred" PM's), and an inspector I found online that had excellent reviews.

The big problem with online services is they just dont have a long term track record of multiple decades so you are taking a higher risk than owning property directly.

I'm looking around online to find how many places there are for rent.

Find local and national companies online that offer this service as well.

@Michael Diggle I'm from Massachusetts and took an online class then took the state test in Brockton back in January 2018.

There is no replacement for this.Keep in mind that most online campaigns end up converting at 1-2%.

I am looking to purchase a 3/1 with 1190 sqft property in a really good area in Tampa Bay FL, however I am paying almost retail price for it.

Best initial cash flow is in the working class areas and not the hip areas that many young couples would prefer.SFR purchased at retail will be cash flow negative.
