The official foreclosure notice is generally required to have the property legal description, which is rarely easy (but not impossible) to convert to a street address.Here in Georgia, the address is usually in the notice, but is often very well hidden among the legal blather.Since it's all public info, can you paste a sample notice here for us to see?

The court has a duty to do its best for the tenant, and kicking a tenant out in the snow isn't usually a wise decision for an elected official, however unfair it might seem to you.
