The official foreclosure notice is generally required to have the property legal description, which is rarely easy (but not impossible) to convert to a street address.Here in Georgia, the address is usually in the notice, but is often very well hidden among the legal blather.Since it's all public info, can you paste a sample notice here for us to see?

Answer....done 9 full rehabbs in 9 units in last 24 months im so done with trying be property maintenance, landlord, handyman, carpenter, roofer, cleaner, book keeper, plumber, counselor, sprinkler guy, radon, pest  mold guy etc.I am officially done trying to learn all areas or be all things to myself, the renters or the property....i quit.
