Turnkey Property Pro / Reveal Real Estate Management - Baltimore

Hi All - doing some due diligence and wanted to know if anyone has experience with Turnkey Property Pro based in Philly and Baltimore. There is a semi dotted line connection to Maverick.

I am considering a BRRRR+TK purchase and doing some homework (as expected) before shuffling cash around to an unknown entity. They are proposing I buy an pre-reno house, fund a set dollar amount rehab, then they hand off to their property management guys with tenant and I collect cash flow before cash out refi in 6 months. I love the idea of what I'm being sold, it all sounds great, but I don't know them and we're talking cash purchase (BRRRR) so both the risk and reward are way higher than I've been doing with traditional RE investing..

Their property management firm is Reveal Real Estate Management who I also can't seem to find much about. I've read horror stories of others in Baltimore but can't find any real info (good thing or bad thing).

Thanks in advance for the collective wisdom out there.
