My 10 year goal is to purchase multi family complexes by using something like Brandon Turners "7 years to 7 figures" model, multiplying that x 4, and using the equity to purchase the multi family units and then rely on the cash flow as passive income.

Banks are very happy with my deals currently, but I think if I did do 9-10 million this year they could flake out as they don't like clients jumping that big of gap no matter how good the deals are, but when you got a good business model, you have a good model.
