@Pyrrha Rivers I think its just an advertising method to get you to use them... your correct, even something simple such as changing a sink faucet will change based on the individual work. one sink might have all pvc plumbing and happen to be missing a compression ring when or the others might be metal pipe and the pipes might be older and rusted together. in reality the only thing that would actually end up being flat fee likely would reference something such as their hourly rate, the amount of hours will depend every time.
